You might be able to learn to thread your own eyebrows, by staring on other people, but it's probably more practical either to hire someone who does professional threading or to pluck yours with tweezers yourself.
The thing about threading is that it removes more than one hair at a time, and it takes a particular technique to get the thread to twist in the right direction and to pick up the hairs you want to be rid of and leave behind the ones you want to keep. Besides the difficulty of just learning to thread at all, there's the added complications of trying to do it working in a mirror. You'll probably end up with a headache, a poked eye and no eyebrows at all.
