It generally takes at least 6 weeks to regrow hair. When it comes to eyebrows, this can take longer if you've been overplucking them for a long time.
Sometimes, brows that have been plucked too thin for too long become discouraged and may not grow back at all. Believe it or not, you can have eyebrows surgically replaced if you lose them by over plucking. But if you just went a little nuts the last time you had a pair of tweezers in your hand, don't worry; your eyebrows have already started growing backâyou just can't see them yet. Give it a month or two and they should restore themselves.

I have researched this subject pretty throughly and 6 weeks is about how long is takes for eyebrow hair to grow back. However, if the same areas has been overplucked many times, the hair may never grow back. Different women will also have different rates of hair growth and 6 weeks regrowth is just an average.

Try using an eyeshadow color that matches your natural eyebrow color. Apply the shadow with an small angle brush in short, thin strokes. This method of drawing on eyebrows looks more natural than using an eyebrow pencel if fill in brows. It more closely mimic the look of natural eye brow hair.

What about males? What if their eyebrows have been shaved off leaving only a thin layer? How long should that take to at least grow back to the point where u can't notice they've been shaved?

Gotcha on the 6 weeks. Is it any different (less traumatic) if they were waxed off? My aesthetician did something funky to my eyebrow shape and I'm counting down the days until I can go back to plucking at home.
