Women with gray or white hair often have grey or white eyebrows too, and that's a problem because they become nearly invisible and make you look perpetually surprised.
Darken your eyebrows to their original color or as much as two shades lighter with an eyebrow pencil. You'll want to consider your skin color when choosing an eyebrow pencil; if your skin is dark, you'll want darker eyebrows. The idea is that they should show up and look natural on your face; the color of your hair doesn't have to dictate the color of your eyebrows.
Never, ever try to use hair dye to dye your lashes or brows. Hair dye has chemicals in it that will cause blindness if they get into your eyes.

I have grey hair in my eyebrow and penciling doesn't cover it. I like to know if there is any other ways please.
