Guys have competing emotions. In general, the more naked women look, the better they like it. But, in general, the more naked women look, the more convinced guys are that said women are easy, or "trashy".
Men are easily sidetracked by women's visual appeal, so it's better to downplay the skin until you know him pretty well. Keep the skirts longer until you know if the guy is worth your time. If he can't wait, he's probably going to be gone once he gets under that skirt anyway.
