I read that women over 50 should not wear lipgloss? Is this true? Why?

You will read lots of silly things in your lifetime. I assume that someone decided that lip gloss would magnify wrinkles around the mouth. I don't really think that it would, though.

What's wrong with lip gloss, especially over lipstick in the evenings, or alone for a flirty, summery look? I assume you're not loading it up into a sticky mess like an 8-year-old in her mom's cosmetic case. Sure, go ahead and wear lip gloss. And don't let anyone tell you not to do things once you're past a "certain" age.
